Scheduling Your Appointment:
Our Front Desk staff looks forward to working with you to ensure the best appointment time for your schedule. Once you have an agreed-upon time, we will require a credit card to be placed on file to reserve this reservation with your provider.
If you need to cancel your appointment with us, we ask that you notify the spa at least 24 hours before your appointment. If we do not receive prior notification or you do not attend your appointment, we reserve the right to charge the card on file a $50 fee. If you rebook your appointment with us within 15 days from the original appointment date, we will apply that $50 charge to your service. Appointments that are part of a pre-paid series that are not canceled within 24 hours or are a no-call no-show will have one series session removed.
